Change Profile Information

This form will allow you to update several key bits of information used by TYFA.
There is a list of items on the following pages that you may have a need to update (change) at some point in a Calendar year.

It is important that TYFA has the correct and latest information because much of what is on these next few pages is also forward facing to the public.

Your logo is used by TYFA for the TYFA Website (FIND A TEAM) where parents can look for teams to join, and the TYFA Website (GAME CENTER). Additionally TYFA uses logos for the State Championship banners, big board intros etc.

If you want your logo changed then upload a new one and we will change it. If you have different logos for different things, upload the logos and label them what they are for.

Make sure they are good quality and a fairly large size so we have the flexiblity to size for need.

Your Organization Name is used by TYFA for the TYFA Website (FIND A TEAM) where parents can look for teams to join, and the TYFA Website (GAME CENTER). Additionally TYFA uses your name for the State Championship banners, big board intros, Emails, Invoices, Certification etc.

If you want your Organization Name changed then enter the new name.

ORGANIZATION DISTROBUTION LIST

This Distrobution List is created and maintained by TYFA in TYFA's email system.

It is used by all Black Shirts and is tied to the FIND A TEAM on TYFA's Website.

A Distrobution List is an Email Container such as Pirates@tyfa.com and inside of it are the emails (personal or business) of those board members that an organization wants to receive any emails TYFA sends to the Organization independenly or when TYFA sends out league-wide emails.
